By placing a deposit today, you’ll secure priority access to SmartFusion’s Super Early Bird offer when we launch on Kickstarter. Since the public Super Early Bird tier will be limited, deposit holders will receive a private purchase link to claim this offer before it sells out.
How do I receive the VIP price？
By placing a deposit today, you’ll secure access to our VIP price when SmartFusion launches on Kickstarter. Once the campaign goes live, we’ll send your exclusive purchase link by email so you can complete your order at the VIP rate.
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable before the Kickstarter campaign goes live. If you change your mind during the pre-launch period, just contact us and we’ll process your refund.
What if I miss the launch email?
We recommend using an email address you check often. We’ll send your VIP access link to that email when we launch. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us for support.
Can I buy more than one unit with VIP pricing?
Depending on the campaign setup, VIP supporters may be able to purchase multiple units through their exclusive launch access. Full details will be shared when the campaign goes live.
Do I have to pay shipping now?
No. Shipping is not charged with the deposit. Shipping details and final rates will be confirmed closer to fulfillment.
Is this deposit for Kickstarter or for a direct purchase?
This deposit is a pre-launch reservation. It does not complete your final purchase today. When SmartFusion launches, you’ll receive instructions to place your final order through the campaign.
